May 10, 2002 After devoting the past 40 years to the building of the Toye Corporation, I've decided it's time for new energy and a renewed commitment to a very competitive and demanding business. I want the company's legacy perpetuated, and I want all our customers and employees to be assured that the company will continue to grow and remain a vital player in the Access Control and Parking Industries. I've sold the business to Gordon Morris, a well respected industry insider who many of our customers already know well from his 30 years in the Access Control business. It was important to me that the company go to someone with integrity, a proven track record, and who would be committed to the same principles that have made the company strong. There could not be a better fit. I will remain with the company working out of a new office located in Santa Barbara California only five miles from my home. Gordon will take over full control of the business allowing me to focus on what I enjoy most; working directly with customers on proposals and support. I will also continue to develop software for our Microsoft Access based systems. Nothing will change, I will be just as available as ever when you call. Best regards,
