Software Is Provided Under License Only For A Single Site
All Toye Corporation software is supplied under license only and not
sold. All rights of ownership are reserved and remain the property
of Toye Corporation.
Access Control software may be installed on one computer only servicing a single bus network of Toye Corporation field devices. The software may be installed on additional computers connected to the same bus network at the same physical site location.
The software may not be installed on another computer controlling another bus network without the express written consent of the Toye Corporation. End users with remote sites must purchase software for each site even if the system facility code is common to the other sites. Any exception to this policy must be confirmed by Toye Corporation in writing.
Software Functionality Disclaimer
Dealers and end users are encouraged to review the demonstration software
prior to the acceptance of orders to verify that each and every customer
requirement can be met with the existing software. If any required feature
cannot be verified through the use of the demonstration software, Toye
Corporation technical personal should be consulted to verify that the functions
required are available in the existing software and/or Module firmware.
Toye Corporation cannot accept responsibility for erroneous interpretations or assumptions made from product specifications, or any misunderstandings as to exactly what the software can or cannot do. Any required software modifications must be unacknowledged by Toye Corporation and agreed to in writing.
Warranty
Toye Corporation warrants the functionality of features specified in
its product literature. Toye Corporation does not recommend or supply computers,
and thus accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the behavior of computers,
adverse interaction with other programs, or computer failures of any nature.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide, select, and test computers
for suitability and reliability for the specific application.
