New Password Manager
Password Manager is an independent
new program that lets you decide who can log onto Access Central 5.2, and
who cannot. A log is maintained showing the date and time of the persons
who log on, and a report is included as an audit trail.
Password Manager itself has its
own password for only individual(s) allowed to enroll work station operators.
That password can be changed anytime. The actual password assigned to an
individual is unknown to anyone but the enrolled individual.
Password Manager includes reports
that show cardholder status changes. Any programming changes made to any
or all cards will be listed with the operator who made them.
